Each SI Leader is assigned one course they have already been successful in, that typically poses a challenge to students. The SI participates in the online class and provides weekly small group sessions covering the course content using active learning principles. The SI Leaders support students, assist them in gaining effective study skills and maximize their potential for academic success. The SI Leaders maintain ongoing contact with course professors.
