Tetra Tech invites you to consider a rewarding opportunity within our Superior, CO office as a/n Staff Hydrogeologist.
The position will include providing support to technical staff on a variety of environmental projects.  Typical tasks may include flow and transport modeling support, engineering design support, 3-D hydrogeological visualization support, GIS analysis, data entry and database analysis, field work and compilation and presentation of technical data for reports.  The position will also include sampling and providing contractor oversight on environmental and construction projects. 
Travel is to be expected.


1-5 years of experience, must have hands-on experience.
Must have strong computer skills, including groundwater modeling software (FEFLOW and MODFLOW).  Applicant must have comfortable knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and experience working with databases (preferably MS Access) and exposure to ArcGIS software.  Experience using AutoCAD and EVS/MVS or other 3-D visualization software is a plus.  Attention to detail, project/task management, strong oral/written communication skills, and an ability to quickly learn new skills are required.  Should have a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. 
40-hour HAZWOPER training preferred.
Degree Requirements:
BS in Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.  MS degree preferred. 
PG a plus
